A family was outgrowing their North Carolina retreat. The two small guest rooms and lack of bathrooms was a little too close for comfort. The solution was to add to the rear of the house, allowing for two new guest suites each with a private bath. The existing shared hall bath was reworked, still allowing for general use. The existing game room gained additional seating and light via the sunroom addition.
