Charlotte, NC

A sloping lake front lot posed some challenges for the design of this 4800 square foot home in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Special consideration had to be taken when designing the foundation system.  Views of the lake were of utmost importance as was keeping down construction costs.  Octagonal towers were the solution to both desires.  Native elements of stacked stone and heavy timber were used in the exterior specifications.  Check back soon for photos as the house has recently been completed.
