Interlaken Residence
A cramped kitchen and small dining room didn’t work very well for a homeowner who likes to cook. The goal was to provide a more spacious area for cooking and entertaining that would take advantage of the lakefront view while looking like it had always been a part of the original home and not an obvious addition. That goal was accomplished by removing some interior walls as well as the rear exterior wall and adding 360 square feet of additional space that integrates seamlessly with the original home.
