King Residence
This project included an enlarged outdoor covered patio as well as a complete kitchen remodel. The existing low ceiling and layout didn’t work well for the new owners, so the kitchen floor plan was changed to better accommodate the family’s needs. The dropped ceiling was removed and new lighting was installed along with all new flooring, cabinets and appliances. A simple, yet sophisticated style and color palette brought this 70’s home up to date.
