Wilkinson Residence
An ugly duckling becomes a swan. This home was a very ordinary single story with the garage converted to living space and a bay window added in place of the original garage door. Most of the exterior walls were retained while the interior was redesigned, and a completely new second floor with master suite was added. In addition to the new covered porches on the side and rear of the home, the owner gained a great view of a nearby lake from the new front covered balcony.
